Good working order but needs screws to secure the bottom

Measures  14 1/2 by 16 1/2 inches and inside measures  8 by  10 1/4 inches

I couldnt find a size on it but my husband wears a 7 1/4 and it fits him

7 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches deep
