Designers Edge Precision Shear Type Blades ForBlack Swan's PVC Cement Regular is a regular bodied, fast set, high strength PVC solvent cement used to join PVC pipe and fittings. For all classes and schedules of pipe and fittings through 4" diameter, except schedule 80 which is recommended up to 2" diameter.
