Micaela Rubio 'El Reflejo de Mikaela' Bobal Cuenca, 2019 tinto Taste: Earthy fruitsThis wine is made of 90% Bobal and 10% mixed indigenous varieties including Pardilla, Malvasa, Moravia Agra, Moravia Dulce, and Rojal. To highlight its rich, brambly character, pair it with some roast chicken or halloumi, and cook either with a pomegranate molasses sauce. Bobal is somewhat unknown, but happens to be the third most planted grape varietal in Spain. Help give it the recognition it deserves by sharing this with your friends at the table!
