crafted in 15 karat gold with scrolled and foliate motifs as well as an elaborate hand-chased border around the base

The stones are peruzzi cuts a precursor to the old mine and, ultimately, the modern brilliant cut with angular rectangle profiles and set over foil to enhance their colour and brightness.
