This blend of 55% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Merlot, and 10% Marselan showcases vines that are about 20 years old. Harvested by hand and fermented by carbonic maceration, this wine is aged for 4 months in stainless steel before being bottled unfiltered. Fresh lively fun fruit. Enjoy with roasted chicken and a fresh salad.
