With previous headlight upgrades we have had some success by baking the headlight assembly first at a low temp to loosen the bonding material around the old lens

Note that the connector on this lead has 3 pins (Ground/Live/Ignition) which is used by most of the X series cameras - check compatibility with your BlackVue model before purchasing
